Do I have to pay anything else for car hire, beside the prices shown on your website?
There is nothing extra to pay except any extras you request, for example: Child Seats, Roof Racks, Snow Chains, etc. Apart from a late arrival charge (if applicable) the prices are FULLY INCLUSIVE of everything:

How do I book with Economy Car Hire?
Car Hire must be pre-paid in advance by booking online or calling our booking office on 0845 450 0877 or from outside the UK call +44(0)1362 853938 between 09:00 and 18:00 GMT Monday to Friday and between 09:30 and 13:30 GMT Saturday.
What do I need to book car hire?
we require correct dates and times along with an arrival flight number. We will also need your details and a card number to take payment from.
What do I need to hire a car?
You need to be in possession of a valid driving licence with three years minimum standing. The minimum age of the hirer must be 23 years.
Which card types do you accept payment from?
We can only accept payment on Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Visa debit, Delta and Solo. There is a £3 (GBP) charge for processing payment on credit cards, however there is no charge for processing payment on debit cards.
Can I make a reservation for a specific vehicle, specific fuel, or specific colour (e.g. Fiat Punto, diesel, red)?
No we can not accept reservations for specific models or specific fuel, we always confirm the reservation for a Type/Group of vehicle. This means a group of cars with similar specifications.
What is the minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is 3 days, to calculate the 3 days price we divide the weekly rate by 5 and multiply it by 3.
What do I need to hire a car?
You need to be in possession of a valid driving licence which has been held for a minimum of 1 year. You also need to be in possession of a valid credit card at the start of the rental, this covers the fuel deposit and provides cover in the case of invalidating the insurance.
How can I invalidate the insurance?
The insurance becomes INVALID if anyone whose name is not on the contract drives the vehicle, also if vehicles are loaded with more passengers than there stated capacity; or if drivers are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Insurance cover will also lapse if vehicles are taken "off road" (4 x 4's & Jeeps excluded).
What will I do if my hire car breaks down?
All cars are new and replaced after 6 month of use. If there is a problem, you can call the hire company and they will assist you as soon as possible!
May I collect and drop off the car at any office?
One-way rentals are permitted and are FREE of charge between most destinations, please check with us to find out what is possible.
Can I drive with the car to another country?
It is possible to take vehicles into other countries, this is often FREE of charge. It is best to check with us which countries you are allowed to take the vehicles to.
Can you deliver my hire car at places other than your office or airports?
At most of our destinations we can deliver vehicles within a certain area of each car hire location. There may be a charge for this service, depending upon the supplier.
How will I find my hire car if my flight arrives late at night or is delayed?
If you provide us with your arrival flight times and flight number, there will be an employee waiting for you on your arrival - even if your flight is delayed!
Can I tow other vehicles?
No, you can not use the vehicle to tow other vehicles.
